BASAVA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, DWARKA CELEBRATES VIRTUAL CHRISTMAS

Christmas brings cheer and love and Basava International School, Dwarka celebrated it with the same fervor, spreading the message of love and joy among the children. The celebration started with a welcome message for the parents and students. It was followed by a Prayer seeking the Lord’s blessings to provide peace and serenity to our minds and souls. The students presented a musical skit “Jesus’ Christmas Party” by Nicholas Allan based on the birth of Jesus Christ. The significance of the festival was brought to the students through this play. All the students danced to the joyful tunes and carols sung by students filled the hearts of everyone with glee and joy. The children decorated their Christmas trees with beautiful handmade ornaments and lights to spread the message of peace, happiness and forgiveness. The Principal, Dr. Manimala Roy addressed the students and motivated them with her words of wisdom. She wished that this Christmas fills everyone’s life with new hope, positivity, joy and bliss. Also, the New Year should bring better times ahead for everyone. The gathering pledged to extend a helping hand through donation of dry ration and clothes in the school. Everyone danced on the tunes of “Jingle Bells” and thoroughly enjoyed the celebrations.
